Refund policy

In line the Consumer Contracts Regulations when purchasing online based services, you have a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period in which you are entitled to request a refund.

 

Your forfeit your right to a refund once the enrolment link has been used and the course has been started.

 

Exchanges

In the event you have purchased the wrong course, so long as the course enrolment link has not been accessed or used please contact us and we can discuss the best way forward.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
